Australian Unity is seeking a Care Partner Support Officer | Aboriginal Home Health in Penrith NSW to coordinate customer requests and workflow, support Care Partners and Clinical Care Partners, and help ensure services are delivered on time. This permanent full time hybrid role offers an hourly rate of $40.38 under the Care Administration Enterprise Agreement (Level 3), with superannuation.

You’ll work with Care Partnering, Service Delivery, Scheduling and Customer Support to optimise patient
