We’re seeking a motivated IT graduate or early-career professional to join our team in a hands-on support role. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to maintain internal IT systems, support project delivery, and strengthen cybersecurity and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities n

Provide day-to-day IT support across the business.
n
Deploy, configure, and maintain office computers, servers, and network equipment.
n
Manage user accounts and access across business systems.
n
Assist with improvements to ERP, CRM, and SAP platforms.
n
Implement system security measures including patching, firewall management, and monitoring.
n
Maintain endpoint and email security (MFA, antivirus, phishing prevention).
n
Conduct basic vulnerability assessments and assist with mitigation strategies.
n
Maintain IT documentation, device inventory, and configuration records.
n
Support backup testing and disaster recovery procedures.
n




Research and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
n
Support project delivery including SCADA PC builds and test setting setup.
n
Streamline onboarding/offboarding processes and related IT workflows.
n
Contribute to achieving and maintaining industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, Essential Eight).
n

Skills & Experience nn
Degree in IT, Mechatronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
n
Working knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
n
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and cloud-based systems.
n
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
n
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
n
A proactive, dependable approach and eagerness to learn.
