The Cottage Balmain is seeking a full time Restaurant Supervisor to lead the floor during service and help run the venue day to day. You'll be the person in charge when on shift, coordinating a front-of-house team of 10+ across dining room and bar.
You'll train staff on cocktails, guest service, and our steps of service, manage group bookings in The Loft and The Atrium, work with the kitchen on daily specials, and ensure smooth service flow from lunch to close.
