Nearmap is seeking a Customer Success qualified to manage Government Accounts (State and LAC) in mid-market and enterprise segments. You’ll own renewals, expand relationships, and ensure customers maximise value from Nearmap’s aerial imagery and analytics.

You will work with Sales and the Experience team to map customer needs to product capabilities, identify churn risks, and drive growth across a large portfolio. Hybrid Sydney or remote East Coast options available.
