Hyphen Connect is seeking a Backend Developer to join a leading decentralized middleware protocol. Your role will focus on managing distributed validator sets and automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Web3 developers.

You will develop backend services in Go, deploy on Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Web3 solutions.
