Total Computer Technology is seeking a motivated individual to join our well established MSP as a Level 1 Service Desk Technician. The role covers provisioning PCs and delivering 1st level PC, network and server support for our external clients in a rapid-paced, client-facing workplace.
You will need solid people skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to build relationships with clients and teammates. Excellent communication and time management are essential to success in this role.
