We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors for multiple university upgrade and refurbishment projects across Sydney. These are 3-month contract opportunities working within live, operational university environments, requiring supervisors who are confident managing trades, coordinating works and minimising disruption to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
Coordinate refurbishment and upgrade works within occupied buildings.
Manage site safety, quality and project timelines.
Liaise with university stakeholders and project management teams.
Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed to programme.
Manage site access, deliveries and works around operational areas.
Ensure minimal disruption to university operations.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Essential: Experience delivering upgrade works in live, operational environments.
Previous university, education or similar occupied-building experience highly regarded.
Solid subcontractor coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and tight project programmes.
Robust understanding of WHS requirements.
White Card and relevant construction qualifications.
