Randstad is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ballarat HVAC branch. You will own branch performance, drive revenue growth, manage inventory and P&L;, and deliver outstanding service to HVAC contractors and builders.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will supervise a small in office team, implement sales plans, and ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards in a quick-paced trade wholesale setting.
