NOW HIRING – MACHINE OPERATORS (Vertical Form Seal Machine) Temp to Perm Positions n

Location: Smeaton Grange
Shifts: Monday to Friday – AM + PM Shifts Available

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operators to operate a Vertical Form Seal Machine used to seal fresh produce (top and bottom). You’ll be working in a cold room environment and supporting a busy production team.

n

AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm — $37 per hour (Monday - Friday)

n

PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm — $42 per hour (Monday - Saturday - Wednesday off)

Key Responsibilities: n

Operate and monitor Vertical Form Seal Machines to package fresh produce.
n
Perform quality checks to ensure sealed bags meet company standards.
n
Labelling products
n
Dispatching orders
n
Maintain a clean and secure working environment.
n




Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets.
n

Qualifications: nn
Previous experience as a machine operator - VFFS bagging machine high advantageous
n
Solid experience within a fast paced FMCG industry
n
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene
n
Ability to work in a cool environment
n
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
