The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our growing legal practice. This is an excellent chance for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working directly with clients, managing matters independently and providing practical legal solutions to businesses and individuals.

Key duties will include but not limited to:
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements.




Advise on business acquisitions, sales, restructures and commercial transactions.
Handle commercial leasing, property-related transactions and contractual matters.
Provide advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial risks.
Manage client matters independently from initial instructions through to completion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial law.
Robust experience in commercial contracts, business transactions and corporate advisory work.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
The ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines.
A practical, commercially focused approach to legal advice.
Solid client relationship and business development skills.
Current admission to practice in Australia and an appropriate practicing certificate.

Salary:

Salary: $130,000 to $155,000 annually exclusive of superannuation
