Queensland Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse – Older Persons Community Mental Health Service to deliver expert clinical care for older adults in the West Moreton region. You'll work within the Older Persons Community Mental Health Service, guiding practice and supporting recovery pathways alongside the Nurse Manager.

Two permanent part time positions are available (64 hours per fortnight and 40 hours per fortnight).
