Earlyhood Executive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a brand-recent early learning centre in Avalon, VIC. This pivotal role will oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, drive enrolments and occupancy, and build solid relationships with families and the local community while ensuring NQF compliance and continuous improvement across the centre.
