About the Role

We’re currently seeking caring, reliable, and passionate Support Workers to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support to participants, helping them achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence. No two days are the same—but every day, your work will positively impact someone’s life.

What You’ll Need
An ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in Australia




First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Modules
Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability Support
Current Australian Federal Police or Queensland National Police Check
Current Australian driver’s licence
Roadworthy, registered vehicle (kilometres reimbursed)

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
A qualified professional with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
A robust communicator who builds trusting, respectful relationships with participants and families
Empathetic, positive, and adaptable, with a person‑first mindset
Experienced in personal care and daily living support
