HammondCare, through Dementia Support Australia (DSA), seeks a Dementia Support Coach to deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support. You will work across diverse care settings within the HACDSP program, coaching staff, carers and clients.

The role emphasises empathy, coaching, and aged care experience, with a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
