AvePoint is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to join its Australia and Recent Zealand team in Sydney on a hybrid schedule. You will manage a portfolio of ANZ customers, drive product adoption, increase value, and help ensure renewal and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Global Support, Product Management, Engineering and Skilled Services to deliver value-driven engagements, monitor health metrics, address risks, and identify expansion opportunities.
