The Opportunity

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a sales leader who brings credibility within the hospital healthcare workplace and, importantly, genuinely enjoys developing people.
Local, Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
Experience leading, coaching & developing a field-based sales team
Strong understanding of hospital & clinical selling environments
Proven ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
Proven commercial aptitude, including forecasting, planning & performance management
The energy and leadership presence to engage a motivated, developing team
Agile, enthusiastic & ‘can do’ attitude
