Irrigation Field Service Technician

Blackley Pipelines and Irrigation are a family owned and operated business specializing in irrigation and mining projects statewide.

We are currently seeking a full time Irrigation Field Service Technician to join our team based out of our Hobart branch.

This is a full-time position that includes above award wages,a company vehicle and a excellent environment for the right people.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
Providing outstanding service and quality to our new and existing clients
Installing pipelines (both PVC and HDPE)
Vineyard projects and maintenance
Servicing centre pivot and lateral move irrigators of every brand
Hard hose and soft hose irrigator maintenance




Installing and maintaining pump stations in a range of applications
Poly welding on a range of machines
Maintenance of existing systems
Occasionally working away from home as required

Desirable attributes for the position are as follows:
People that possess a can-do attitude, can solve problems, can work unsupervised and have a customer focused personality
Qualifications in poly welding, excavator, tele handler, chainsaw operations, a first aid ticket
Must be physically fit
