The Opportunity

The team is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join in their Brisbane CBD office. As part of a well-supported business, this Adviser will join a team of community-driven professionals with a client-first mindset. With an existing book of high-value, complex clients, the ideal Adviser will be confident in managing HNW relationships, with a long-term career ambition to succeed within the industry.

The Role
Understanding clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
Provide quality and trusted financial advice
Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients




Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
Assist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff

About You
3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Advisory
Experience working with HNW individuals an advantage.
Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an chance for the long term.
ASIC approved qualifications.
Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest.
Solid sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach.
Highly motivated with an ability to generate referrals from existing client base.
Organisational and prioritisation skills.
