Western Health is seeking an Operations Manager - Prevention of Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) to lead the organisation-wide approach to preventing and managing OVA across our health services. The role translates the OVA framework into coordinated programs, education, and improvement activity.
You will lead the OVA Prevention team, oversee the annual Action Plan, monitor best practice, and provide expert advice to executives on risk, controls, and emerging issues.
