As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you'll play an important part in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and supporting our brokers throughout the lending process. You'll work closely with experienced Mortgage Brokers and learn the home loan process from application through to settlement, while developing valuable skills in lending, customer service, financial analysis and loan processing.
Key responsibilities
Assisting Mortgage Brokers with residential home loan applications
Preparing and processing loan applications and supporting documentation
Reviewing financial information and identifying outstanding requirements
Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and other professionals
Tracking applications from submission through approval and settlement
Keeping clients informed throughout their home loan journey
Maintaining accurate client and loan information within our systems
Ensuring applications meet lender and compliance requirements
Helping our team continually improve the service we provide to our clients
