Temporary Part time Early Childhood Teacher n

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a temporary part time basis on Mondays and Tuesdays from January 2027 for a period of up to 12 months. You will work with experienced and passionate colleagues and have the ability to have real impact through working with a consistent group of children. The service operates school terms only, but some work is required in term breaks to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Key responsibilities n

Build the wellbeing and development of preschool children in a two-day group
n
Lead planning and documentation alongside passionate educators
n
Support agency and inclusion through strong relationships and a strengths-based approach
n
Apply the Practices, Principles and Outcomes of the EYLF V2.0 in your work
n
Comply with service policies and procedures to prioritise the safety, wellbeing and best interests of the child
n

About you nn
ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
n




Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent
n
Current Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation
n
Current CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Training
n
Child Protection and Mandatory Child Safety Training
n
Completion of a National Police check
n
Photo ID
n
Passion for supporting children's wellbeing and development
n
Ability to lead planning and documentation alongside a high level of child engagement is essential
