Alstom is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Melbourne, VIC, to partner with people managers across Australia and Recent Zealand, delivering proactive HR support and guidance. You will lead a team of HR specialists, develop People Plans, and align with business unit objectives, travelling to sites as needed.

You will roll out HR policies in collaboration with Centres of Excellence to attract, develop, and retain talent that meets evolving business needs.
