We are seeking a switched-on and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established global manufacturing company thats growing steadily on a fixed term 6 month contract. This is a wide-ranging, quick-paced role where you'll be the go-to person for customers, and a key connector between sales, logistics, and internal teams.

What you'll be doing
Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing through SAP
Being the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service




Handling customer concerns with professionalism and providing suitable solutions
Tracking and following up on deliveries and stock availabilities.
Liaising between customers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
Providing general admin and ad-hoc support across the division

About you
Experience in a customer service, administration, internal sales, or similar office-based role
SAP order entry experience is a must
6 month fixed term contract
Confident communicator, outstanding on the phone and in writing
Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
Excel skills and call centre experience a bonus
