The Nurse Unit Manager within Prison Health Services at Townsville Townsville Correctional Centre oversees nursing leadership and operational management, coordinating resources and rostering to ensure high-quality, protected care for prisoners.

Role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, strong clinical governance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. Temporary full-time up to 6 months with possible extension; market-market-competitive salary and benefits are provided.
