Emerald Star Hotel Motel in Emerald, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor, driving standards across our busy pub, bistro, and gaming lounge.

You will work closely with the Publican, supervise a team, handle hiccups, and bring energy, service and a smile to every shift while complying with RSA/RSG and Approved Managers Licence requirements.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks and a solid guest-focused approach.
