Datacom is seeking a Change Manager to lead the transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow across Australasia. The role focuses on ITSM, change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

You will evaluate operating models, refine processes, and align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs. Travel to Auckland, Brisbane or Melbourne is expected as required.
