DSC Personnel is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.

About the Role

You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring the work area is organised, clean and safe while supporting the manufacturing team with general duties.

Duties Include:
General yard hand and labouring duties
Loading and unloading materials as required
Moving and organising stock and materials around the yard
Assisting production and warehouse staff
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Following workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
Previous yard hand,



labouring or manufacturing experience preferred
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work safely and as part of a team
Full Australian working rights
Own reliable transport is an advantage
