We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a solid background in private and public education and learning environments to join a team-oriented design team. Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design development of innovative education and learning environments (K-12)across all project phases, from concept to handover.
Drive design intent and oversee technical delivery, ensuring each scheme reflects excellence and functionality.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve design solutions that respond precisely to user and client needs.
Develop compelling concepts, presentations, detailed documentation, and 3D models that communicate inspiring design ideas.




Foster the professional growth of junior team members through mentorship and shared technical knowledge.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively, maintaining a proactive approach at all times.
Resolve technical and design challenges with practical, inventive solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Skills & Experience
Approximately 7+years of post-qualification experience with a robust track record in education and learning spaces.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through to construction within complex environments.
Deep understanding of educational design principles supporting learning, collaboration, and wellbeing.
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; excellent technical detailing skills.
Experience coordinating with clientsand stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
