Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept design through to completion.
Manage project budgets and programming.
Ensure carriage of design intent through to finish.
Prepare documentation for consultant coordination and presentations.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.




Problem solving with options to move forward in response to design & delivery challenges.

Skills and Experience
Proven ArchiCAD/Revit and Adobe CS capability.
Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills.
10+ years’ experience gained on all project stages for local government, commercial or private residential clients.
Thorough understanding and application of the NCC and Australian Standards.
Local on-site knowledge and experience.
Registered Architect or on pathway to becoming registered.
