Praemium is seeking a Data Management Lead to establish and embed a data governance framework across the organisation. The role is a hands-on IC with no direct reports, guiding policy, controls and practical data practices in a regulated financial services setting.

You will partner with Technology, Security, Risk and Privacy teams to implement governance, retention, and AI guardrails, while building a foundation that scales with the business. Hybrid office/remote in Melbourne CBD.
