Following a recent restructure and continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Partner to join our team at the Port of Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving service outcomes, and working closely with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in partnering with our customers to ensure a seamless experience across their transport and logistics needs. You will act as a central point of contact, supporting customers from initial request through to delivery, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve service and strengthen long-term relationships.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a dedicated point of contact for customers, building strong and trusted relationships
Managing a shared customer inbox and responding to enquiries via phone and email
Coordinating and processing customer requests across internal systems
Providing proactive updates to customers on job status and operational progress
Identifying and resolving service issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
Working closely with transport, warehouse and operations teams to deliver on customer requirements
Monitoring service delivery and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Supporting general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a customer service, account management, or customer success role, ideally within transport or logistics
Is confident working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities
Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
Enjoys building relationships and delivering a high standard of customer experience
Thrives in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
