UpGuard seeks a Director of Customer Success to lead the APAC CS team, primarily based in Australia. You’ll own onboarding, adoption, implementation, retention, expansion, and executive governance, coaching CS Managers and partnering with Account Management to lift NRR, GRR and NPS. Remote-first with teams across Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart and Melbourne.

You will bring 7+ years in senior CS roles, robust cybersecurity fluency, and a track record of driving SaaS outcomes at scale.
