In this role, you'll work collaboratively with our Design Director and play a crucial role in growing a well established business and our supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop concepts, including finishes, materials and mood boards.
Lead client meetings
Interpret briefs into design solutions
Create initial spatial layouts and floorplans
Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for production
Collaborate with internal projects across commercial fit out sectors
Contribute across all project phases, from concept through to installation
Your Capabilities:
A Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or similar qualification
Minimum 4 Years experience in Interior Design
Proficiency in Revit and Enscape and other platforms ( essential)
Robust front end and concept stage experience
Sharp attention to detail and problem solving ability
Sector experience preferred: multi-residential, hotels/resorts, build to rent, student accommodation
Excellent communication skills
