Whether you have leasing experience or are ready to take your first step into the industry, this is a role with plenty of room to grow within the business.

The Role
Lease properties across the Eastern Suburbs and City Fringe, from listing through to signed agreement
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Process applications, run reference checks and present suitable tenants to landlords
Prepare leases and coordinate move ins with the property management team
Manage a high volume of enquiries and keep the CRM up to date
Deliver a high level of service to landlords and prospective tenants

The Role
Lease properties across the Eastern Suburbs and City Fringe, from listing through to signed agreement

What You Bring
Current NSW Certificate of Registration (essential)
Current driver's licence and your own reliable car (essential)
Leasing experience preferred, although not essential
Solid communication skills and a confident, professional presence
Excellent organisation and the ability to work in a rapid paced setting
Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs or City Fringe market highly regarded

What's On Offer
Up to $75,000 package, based on experience
Monday to Saturday, with time off mid week
Plenty of room to grow and progress within the business
