Bricks & Mortar RE in Melbourne’s Fitzroy North is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150 properties. You’ll nurture relationships with residential rental providers, arrange repairs, and manage routine inspections, supported by full time admin and a paperless office.

You must hold a valid estate license or Cert IV in Property Services (or Agent's Representative) and a clean driver’s license.
