Manage the entire fleet lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve fleet efficiency and minimise operating costs.
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including suppliers and government bodies.
Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to ensure team performance and continuous skilled growth.
Oversee fleet budgets and use performance data to support informed, strategic decision-making.
