Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to fine dining standards.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and new culinary ideas.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste, and assist with ordering.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.




Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Contribute to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for culinary excellence.

About You
Proven experience as a Chef, preferably within a fine dining or premium restaurant setting.
Solid culinary skills and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
