Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a skilled Batch Plant Operator to produce high-quality concrete products at our Byron Bay site. The successful candidate will operate and maintain batch plant equipment and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety practices, and quality standards.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, monitor production processes, and support effective workflow to meet daily targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
