Atherton Davis is recruiting a senior Operational Risk position for a large global proprietary trading firm that is growing rapidly throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Newly created position based out of the Sydney office to manage risk and controls across the Asia pacific region and to support the development and execution of the operational risk management framework. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll help identify, assess, and monitor operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and support the delivery of practical risk management solutions in a rapid-paced trading environment.

The ideal background would be strong operational risk experience c7-10 years coming from a financial markets or trading workplace. You must have a robust and demonstrable understanding of operational risk frameworks, including risk control self-assessments, control testing and issue management in additional to excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
