The Opportunity n
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Oversee multi-residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
n
Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor performance.
n
Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors and project teams.
n
Work closely with clients, architects, consultants and key stakeholders.
n
Manage project reporting, variations, contracts and risk.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations,
WHS requirements and quality standards.
n
Drive successful project outcomes through proactive leadership and effective communication.
n
About You nn
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the NSW construction industry.
n
Proven track record delivering multi-residential or apartment projects.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and project financials.
n
Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
n
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or similar.
n
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
