About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store while leading a small team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and robust sales results.
Leading, coaching and supporting the store team
Driving sales through strong customer engagement and service
Building relationships with repeat and new customers
Managing rosters and day-to-day store operations
Overseeing stock processing and inventory
Coordinating online orders
Maintaining high presentation and visual standards
Supporting a positive and enjoyable team culture
This is not a heavily KPI-driven environment. The focus is on quality customer service,
relationship building and achieving robust sales through an engaged and capable team.
About You
Has a strong background in sales-focused retail
Is confident leading and developing a team
Naturally builds solid customer relationships
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is commercially aware and understands what drives retail sales
Can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a store
Takes pride in store presentation and standards
Has a genuine interest in fashion and customer service
Visual merchandising experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience with Shopify or online retail systems would also be advantageous.

Monday-Friday one week, Tuesday-Saturday the following week
