Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is beneficial!
Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a section and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
Creativity around menu development and food presentation
Full Australian Working Rights
Prepared to work adaptable schedule including weekends and late nights across a 7-day roster
