Peninsula Health seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for the Adult Acute Mental Health Unit at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston. The 32-bed unit includes 24 low-dependency beds and an 8-bed intensive care area, led by a multidisciplinary team delivering secure, person-centered care.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, governance, workforce development and drive service improvements in our current hospital workplace.
