NCCCA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Graduate Nurse Program and build their skills in residential aged care.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you'll gain hands-on experience across our two residential aged care homes, caring for 139 residents while being supported every step of the way. You will receive:
Structured orientation and buddy shifts
Mentoring from our Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator and experienced RNs
A fulltime, permanent position
Access to the ACCPA Transition to Practice Program

What We Offer:
Fulltime Permanent employment
$53.29 - $60.55 per hour (dependent on experience)

About You:

To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (less than 6 months old)
Availability to work across all shifts on a rotating roster
