Want a role that gets you out from behind a desk, rewards your effort and gives you the opportunity to earn great money while helping people?

We're looking for 4 outgoing and motivated people to join a growing field sales team. You'll work in communities impacted by storm damage, speaking with homeowners, generating leads and helping connect customers with valuable support services.

No sales experience? That's okay. If you're confident talking to people, enjoy working independently and have a strong work ethic, full training is provided.

Your Day-to-Day
Door knock within designated communities
Speak with homeowners about available services and support
Educate customers and identify opportunities
Generate quality leads and book inspections
Build trust and establish robust community relationships
Represent the business professionally in the field
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets
Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required

What We're Looking For
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence approaching and speaking with new people
Resilience and a positive attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and independently
A customer-first approach
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Flexibility to travel when required
