Marsden Local Government is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Parks & Gardens. You will lead a crew, plan daily works, and oversee mowing, landscaping and grounds maintenance to keep public spaces secure and looking great.

Ideal candidates have robust horticultural skills, leadership experience, and licences such as MR and chainsaw. The role is in office, with a shift from 6:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week, and every second Friday off as an RDO.
