We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at our office in Campbelltown.

Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, payments, vehicle purchases, deposits and refunds accurately and on time.
Reconcile invoices, statements and purchase orders, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate supplier records, financial data and accounting systems.
Ensure correct coding of expenses across dealerships, departments and cost centres.
Assist with month‑end processes, journal entries and preparation of monthly reports, including ATB.
Provide general finance and administrative support as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry




Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is preferred
