Duck In Heaven Pty in Thirroul, NSW, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a permanent, full time basis. The role supports the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

You will supervise kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, and help manage stock, costs and health and safety procedures while collaborating with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction.
