We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the building and construction industry
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
Ability to develop project schedules and budgets
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion
Develop project schedules, budgets,
and timelines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers,and other stakeholders
to ensure smooth project progression
Monitor progress of projects against established milestones
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of a project
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
Strong knowledge of building codesand regulations
Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
