Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service - Tomago NSW

Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator for the efficient daily co-ordination and allocation of trucks and personnel to customer sites. This role will involve a high volume of computer use and phone communication dealing with various clients, subcontractors and internal relations and general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities
Planning and scheduling operators and fleet matching the correct equipment and personnel for the job
Keep accurate records of current and completed jobs to ensure quality and consistency is maintained
Manage bookings, cancellations and delays monitoring driver / operator fatigue management
Sound geographical knowledge of Newcastle and surrounding areas
Communicate honestly and effectively with all parties




Participate in after hours and weekend phone and allocations roster

About you
Reliable with a good work ethic and qualified manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good forward planning skills and adaptability in a agile environment
Previous experience in fleet allocation / hire / concrete / transport
Permanent work with good rates
Progression path to manager for the right person
Family orientated skilled work setting
